Summer finally arrived here too and it's time to wear shorts and dresses now!

A couple of days ago we saw these cool passport pictures somewhere, so we decided to take some too:) We had a lot of fun taking them!:)

This weekend was a little bit longer for us because of pentecost and we decided to take our camera with us the whole time:) Finally it was warm enough to barbecue or sit at the river.. So here are some pictures we took at different places, with random people on the street or just along the way..

It's the same every year! Once summer and the bathing season begins the search for the perfect bikini is on. Who doesn't know that desperate feeling when you're standing in the dressing room and your bikini doesn't fit how it should.. My first thought is always, why for gods sake couldn't I just go without the chocolate today, yesterday and the day before.. From now on I'm going to stay on my diet.. Unfortunately my diet and exercise phase only lasts for a week most of the time (and that would be very long already!) and at the end of the day I end up buying the boring solid black bikini from H&M...

I love these sunglasses! I'm really happy that I bought them! When I was in the store I hesitated a bit, because I didn't know if I was going to wear them. I have tons of sunglasses at home and every time the sun is shining I wear the same ones every time or I forget them at home! And because I tend to break my glasses pretty often (yes I'm a stupid person) I decided to buy them after all... because you never know how long it's going to take until I break my currant favorite ones and my new ones will be there to replace them then:)

Sneakers or heels? We no longer have to choose between comfortable sneakers and long legs. Now there is a perfect blend: The „Hidden Wedge Sneaker“, a sneaker with a hidden wedge heel in it! The french designer isabel marant made it famous. Stars love these unusual shoes with velcro. Miranda Kerr, Dakota Fanning and Gisele Bündchen combine the shoes with tight, black pants and a casual jacket. Actress Kate Bosworth shows that the hidden heel-sneaker can look good with a dress or a skirt as well. The best thing about the shoes: you can aim high without being uncomfortable;) I would like to have these shoes in my shoe collection too, but unfortunately I also have to mention that they cost about $285.00, so they are simply too expensive for my student budget…
but a girl can dream!

Thank god it's sunday! That's always my first thought when I wake up on sunday mornings. The only day, that I can stay in bed for ages and just do nothing. Unfortunately most of the time there is a big pile of homework waiting for me so I can't really enjoy the rest of the day… that's why I always need a great breakfast to keep me fit:) So today I tried out this cool recipe that I found in a magazine a couple of days ago, and I thought it looked like a funny combination...just how I like it;) 

Sweet Bagel with Fruit

Ingedients:

- Bagels

- Peanut Butter

- Strawberries

- (Bananas)

Cut the bagel in two halfs, toast it and spread the peanut butter on both halfs. Then cut the strawberries and the bananas (unfortunately I didn't have any) in small pieces and distribute them on top.

Enjoy:D

Lately I've been seeing a lot of tights with patterns and prints, and when I saw these cosmic ones I was just totally fascinated.. I just think they look so cool and out of this world.. and since then I've been loving everything cosmic from shoes to maxiskirts, it makes everything get this really different and spacy feeling and ads a good pop of color to your outfit aswell!

We all know that pastels are a huge trend at the moment and mint is definitely the most trendish pastel color. Mint isn't only one of my favorite ice cream flavors, it's also a great color to compliment everything and make it look fresh and easygoing. Mint items are good to do color blocking, but they also look great with other natural colors or gold and silver jewelry.

Chocolate Chip Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients for the ice cream base:

• 2 cups almond milk

• 2  cups of fresh, young Thai coconut meat
• 1/3 cup raw agave nectar
• 1 Tbsp raw yacon syrup
• 1 Tbsp raw honey
• 2 tsp vanilla extract or  1 vanilla bean pod (using only the seeds scrapped from the inside of the bean)
• 2 Tbsp raw cold pressed coconut oil
• 1/4 tsp  sea salt
• 1/2 – 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup fresh mint leaves, de-stemed

Preparation:

1. Put all vanilla ice cream ingredients in the blender ( except chocolate chips ) and blend for 3 minutes.
2. Blend until nice and creamy.  If you want more of a green color you can add a dash of spiralina at a time till you reach the desired color.  Just be careful to not add to much because you don’t want to alter the flavor.
3. If you have an ice cream maker, after mixture is blended, chill for about 1 hour in the freezer and then pour into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
4. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour into a Tupperware container and place in the freezer.  Be sure to stir it a few times an hour until frozen.
5. Just before your ice cream is about to freeze, add in the chocolate chips.
